What if I run more than 30 interviews in a month?

Each completed interview over 30 is $5, billed at the end of the month.

What counts as a completed interview?

An interview only counts when the candidate actually finished it and the system successfully produced all the outputs you'll use to evaluate them. Specifically: the session ran for at least 3 minutes, a recording was captured, a transcript was generated, and the AI produced a scored evaluation. Test runs, candidates who abandon after a minute, and technical failures don't count toward your 30/month or trigger overage charges.
