Questions agencies usually ask

Will candidates actually do a video interview with an AI?

Yes — and at higher rates than phone screens. The link works on a phone, takes 15 minutes, and they can do it at 9pm in their kitchen. We see ~80% completion vs. ~40% phone-screen show rate.

What if a candidate's English is weak?

They can do the interview in Spanish. The scoring still grades English comprehension as a separate dimension so you see both signals.

Is this replacing my hiring process?

How do you keep it from hallucinating?
